For Design - Do Courses in NSIC, CIPET, MSME Chennai.... There are lot of softwares like PRO-E /CREO, SOLID WORKS, UNIGRAPHICS, CATIA, ANSYS, HYPERMESH, LS DYNA...
Dont do courses in CADD CENTRE it is waste.

For MEP Engineer jobs - Revit MEP, P&ID

For quality and control - Six sigma, Green Belt, NDT

For Safety - NEBOSH, OSHA UK Certification and US Certification

For  Welding - Welding inpsection, TIG welding
